1. Shipping Methods

We offer free USA shipping on all of our products. We cannot honor requests for specific carriers to be used. For International orders, we offer a variety of shipping options at checkout.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates

Amiquip ships free to USA addresses. International customers pay for shipping based on the size of the order and the desired delivery speed.

4. Delivery Times

Once your order ships, you can typically expect it to arrive within 1 - 5 business days (USA free shipping).

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on our website or the carrier's website.

6. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Additional customs fees or import taxes may apply, and these are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at Info@Amiquip.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that once an international order leaves the USA, our ability to track the order or resolve shipping issues is very limited.
