Our Promise

You can request a refund for one (1) canister of Amiquip - even if you purchased multiple canisters.

Refund requests can be made after 60 days from your purchase date. It can take 6 weeks or more to see full benefits from Amiquip.

The guarantee remains valid until 90 days after your purchase.

Only one refund is allowed per customer, and we’re not able to offer repeat refunds for future orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include a photo along with the Lot number on the package and purchase information when you contact us. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
